If I use LTE instead of 3G will it use my data faster?

you'll use the same amount of data for everything you load.

It will inded load faster but your battery life will drain faster too!

If you load things faster it means you can view more webpages in the same amount of time which usually translates into you doing more data usage

That and also if you accidentally load pages ect then more data will be used before you catch the error since things are loading much quicker ;-)

I usually leave LTE off to conserve the battery. Unless you're streaming media it's really not necessary.

Except battery life seems to be better on LTE for the iphone 5s
