I believe so, Jordann, is it a Koodo iPhone or just unlocked? You can try this tool: http://koodomobile.com/en/on/switch2koodo-step-1-c.shtml to see if your phone would work :)

Is it a 3G or 3GS? I believe the 3GS will work but the 3G not sure.
Is it unlocked? It will need to be - you can use CellUnlocker.net
Do you have a properly sized SIM card? You can cut it to size or go to Koodo & get a new one.

I'd recommend you first get it unlocked then go to a Koodo store to see if it works with their SIM cards before you make the switch. The unlock code shouldn't be too expensive & worth the price to make sure it works before you try & switch on your own.

If anyone can find a reputable place to unlock an iphone for that cheap I am highly interested. Everything place legit I have been too has always been $$$. I have basically given up. A $50 unlock with a carrier is actually a great deal in comparison

Does anyone know if the koodo store will unlock the iphone? or should I go somewhere else? I'm in Toronto; thinking a store in Chinatown may do it.

You have to call in to Koodo if you want them to do it 1-866-995-6636

It's only $50. I would trust them to do it over a shop I do not know

The 3G will work but for calls/texts only. The 3GS will work with all of the services.
