That should have been told to you by the rep that set you up. It will be unlikely that your bill will be the 19th of each month. If you cannot find the information by logging into Self Serve, it might be best to call Koodo to get the information.

It depends when your billing cycle starts. Keep in mind you'll be billed from the day you activated until the end of your billing cycle PLUS 1 month in advance. This is proration so don't be surprised if your first bill is a little bit bigger. The only way to verify your billing cycle would be to login into your self serve account. In overview it will tell you when your next bill starts.

Your billing cycle is randomly generated. Usually it's about 5 days after you sign up but it may be more or less

There are billing cycle dates sprinkled throughout the month. When a new account is created, the system will assign the customer onto the closest date which has the least # of subscribers currently on it.

The billing cycle date is shown on the very last confirmation page of the channel before the rep hits activate but it's easy to miss. I've submitted an idea to have the cycle date show on agreements too.
