Hello Shaye

Here's what you need to know

1) You will not be charged for international callings or roaming
2) You will use your airtime minutes as if it was a normal call you made here in Canada.

i was told when i called koodo, that if you recieve a call from us or other places that you don't get a charge. but like robert said it will use up your airtime if you don't have unlimited like i do.

It will use your airtime unless you received it during your unlimited evening & weekend.

Calls do use minutes from your unlimited incoming minutes. So if your call goes over unlimited minutes (it's 69 thousand minutes on some TELUS plans), you'll get charged.
If you check your bill, those ones are "Included airtime", Unlimited Evening & Weekend stuff are "Free airtime".
