It means that Koodo needs to have received the payment by the 9th. If you cannot pay before the 9th it's not the end of the world. Things just happen. You might be hit with a late fee of probably a dollar or so but I cannot say for certain if it auto takes 2 percent for the monthly bill as soon as you're late or if it's been a billing cycle in which you didn't pay. If you have a credit card with the available balance you could pay with it and pay off the amount on your card without having to pay any interest. Or if possible put together the money for the 9th after this month to have it ready.
