If I missed my date for my base plan to renew on my prepaid phone how do I reactivate my base plan now that I have added money to my acct?

It should automatically renew the moment you have sufficient funds in your account, Meaghan :)

Ok now I have the same problem. 

I have $49 on my account and it doesn't renew my plan. I added $20 twice to see if it triggers the renew process. It didn't. 

I also have an auto top-up which adds $20 to my account every month before the base plan renew ($15). This month it just didn't bill my credit card. And my credit card is totally fine and I have no problem adding funds from my credit card to Koodo manually. 

And I can't purchase a data booster. When I hit "purchase booster add on" it does nothing. 

I just can't even believe that this is a problem that you guys had 12 month ago and it's still recurring. Please Koodo get a accessible customer service and get my phone back to use!

You just need to add more fund in your account, then it will renew.

If you didn't renew your base plan more than 90 days, then your account is gone. You need to buy a new prepaid SIM and set up a new account/number again.

I have 74 dollars in my account, yet it says my plan has expired. Why, even when I add more funds to my account, does it not auto renew?

It should auto renew if there is enough funds there.
What happens if you click "Top up" on the Overview page?  ( You can see it after you log into self serve)
It should reactivate your account.  If you didn't renew your plan more than 90 days, then it's expired. 

ADD : I saw you got your service back on the other post.  It was just a delay of updating.
