I am studying abroad in the Netherlands and I'd like to buy this phone, but I'm wondering if it will work with a Dutch sim card?

You should have no trouble. Our phones worked fine in Europe when we were last there.

You'll get 3G will all carriers, but LTE will work with KPN, Lebara, Lyca, Robin and Simyo. Make sure your Galaxy S6 is carrier-unlocked. Samsung codes on eBay go for $8-12. Also, make sure you keep the Koodo service active for 90 days to not get clawed back on activation credits even if you're not using the service if you plan on putting the phone on a tab.
