If your not a Canadian citizen you can not sign up for monthly service unfortunately. There is however prepaid service which is actually cheaper right now than the postpaid service.

Hi there... Here are the documents you may use to get the services...

Valid Driver's License
Valid Passport: Canadian or Foreign
Provincial ID: Must be government issued
Work Visa
Department of Defense ID
Permanent Resident Card
Native Indian Status card
CNIB card

The fact that you are not a Canadian Citizen does not mean that you are not able to open an account with Koodo, approach the store if you have one of the following pieces of ID (for sure you have the passport) together with your landing papers if you have, you will then get an answer....

Hey JackK!

You don’t need to be a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident to open a postpaid account with Koodo.

“Camilo_A” is right!

Find the nearest Koodo store from this link:

I hope you’ll be able to open an account with us!

If you see a good answer, give it a star.
