From Koodo you'll have to wait till they release the Galaxy S5 its the only device they will carry that's dust and water resistant. It should be available in a couple weeks. If you don't mind buying elsewhere than there's the Sony Z1 or Sony Z2 for waterproof and dust proof as well. Either of those and then get a OtterBox Defender case for it and you should be good to go.

You can also look into getting any device Nano Coated which makes any device water resistant. You bring in or send them your device and they coat the entire phone inside and out with a polymer coating . There's a place in Edmonton, I think k in the/west Edmonton mall that does the process.

My friend had a galaxy rugby a while back and it was a tank! If you want a higher end phone you could go with what paul suggested. also try to stay away from lifeproof cases, i dont know about other people's experiences but a few people i know have had lifeproof cases and they were not very sturdy at all according to their experiences.

I do know that the Moto G is water-resistant and is said to be able to survive a dunk in puddles. Other then that, go for a samsung galaxy S3 and then get a life proof case for it. Or an iPhone and a life proof or otter box armor.

I would definitely get the Moto G over the S3 as the S3 begins to lag after awhile while the Moto G just keeps trucking along even under water like you stated, here's a video of it taking a bath that Erica Griffen gave it for 30 minutes and it came out just fine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVaTK...

Galaxy Rugby on TELUS is good for this (If you're willing to buy it off contract from TELUS). Also, Pocketnow did a comparison on the Moto G and Lumia 520.. they stuck the Moto G in a shower and it came out fine.
