I called you billing number to replace a phone for my son who had lost it and could not get to a store as he is a remote location. they told me to go to Georgian mall and just pick up a new phone and new number and just to pay a small charge. I went there and waited in line and was told by a very rude clerk that she could not help me as my name was not on the account. I asked her to call head office so they could add me and she would not. I asked her to get her boss and she would not. she was rude and frankly HORRIBLE to deal with. I will NEVER deal with you again. for shame

You can always fill a complaint here : https://secure.koodomobile.com/accoun... stating the time and date when you went to the shop. And I'm sad to hear you haven't been served to Koodo standards.

For the next time, what you could've done is to add your name to the account so you don't have trouble with this

There was a job posting recently for the kiosk in the Georgian Mall so my guess is that the person who helped you could have very well be new to the kiosk. Don't let a frustrating experience with one employee affect how you view Koodo as a company or even that kiosk. I was just there a few months ago and had the best experience of any of the carriers.
