I was wondering if my bill will be 29$ or 29$+tax, cause with my first bill there was HST etc.

Yes, but isn't it better when the retailer isn't trying to manipulate you into thinking that you're paying less?

That's why all of Europe has taxes rolled into the price. It's illegal to do otherwise.
