I just upgraded to an Iphone after lots of pressure from friends to do so. I'm not happy I did. Can I go back to my little LG Rumour phone?

You can actually return the phone within 15 days as long as its in resellable condition and you have all the stuff it came with. The rep can then reactivate your old phone.

If you can't return it then you can still go back to your old phone. Log into Self Serve, go to Mobile Phone Tab, and then select swap phone and follow the instructions.

If your old phone doesn't use a SIM card then keep in mind by next year the network it uses will be shut down so you're going to have to upgrade eventually.

What didn't you like about the iPhone? Touch screen? Size? Price? There's many Android options available you can look at. If touch screen was your issue, Koodo doesn't carry any keyboard phones anymore because the market/demand has dwindled for that. You're better off buying a compatible phone on eBay or Kijiji, etc.

Sure, you just have to reactivate the original SIM, which is easily done on your Self Serve account.

The LG Rumour was CDMA Curtules, no SIM card. As Jonathan mentioned, it will be rendered useless sometime next year, unfortunately :(

Jonathan.....I guess I'm not a fan of technology. My little LG worked fine, but it was so basic that everyone was teasing me about it and saying I needed to upgrade, so I did (who would have thought I'd give in to peer pressure in my 40's), but to me it just feels like I've downgraded my IPAD. lol I use my IPAD at home all the time so this just feels like I've gone backwards. I don't use half the stuff on there but I just got it yesterday so we'll see. I have 15 days to return it, so I may do that and upgrade next year when I have to (if my little LG lasts that long).

I see. Well I think if you give it some more time you might come to appreciate the extra capabilities of a smartphone but to each their own.

It just takes time to adjust to a new phone, especially one vastly different from what you're used to. And even more when you're going from a "dumbphone" to a smartphone. It takes patience but once you've got the phone down, you will ask yourself how you ever managed life without one :P
