I want to schedule a seasonal hold to be effective my next billing cycle but self serve doesn't seem to have this option.

Call Koodo to make the change. Since Self Serve is not allowing the option to do so, they might be able to waive the usual $10 fee for a plan change over the phone.

I don't think you can future date add-ons/plan changes. I think you'll have to call customer service to do that. Don't worry, you can't be charged for this since you can't do it yourself.

Seasonal hold is ONLY available by calling in, whether future dated or not. There should be no service charge for this change, but check your next bill in case the agent forgets to waive it.

Shows up in Self Serve under rate plan change now. Don't want to mess with putting it on and losing my plan though to see if it works.

Not correct Timo. Seasonal hold has been available in self serve for months. The only issue is when the plan is changed on Self Serve it's immediate.

Interesting. Yet they're still saying it's only for people leaving the country. Wonder how they plan to enforce that?
