I want to cancel my plan in advanced...I am leaving Canada by the 30th of August and I want to have service until that day, but I want it to be paid so I can close my credit card account, bank account etc etc etc. Is that even possible?

Hi Esteban,

To cancel your account, you will need to call Koodo (*611). You can certainly discuss the possibility to settle your final account on that same date... not sure what your options are but talk it over with them :)

I have CANCELLED the plan on June 27th and I paid the bill of this month, but I receive one more bill of July today 30/07/2014. I'm from a foreign country and I need that this problem would be solved.
I have CANCELLED the plan (one month plan) on June 27th and I paid the billing of that month, but I received one more billing of July today 30/07/2014 and I have already CANCELLED the plan that day. I'm from a foreign country (Brazil) and I need that this problem would be solved, because I did not use the KOODO on July. I thought that I would not have any problem with this because I have talked to the employee at Eaton Centre kiosk and he said to me to call and certify that I really cancelled this plan and it was cancelled !

Was the last bill for remaining of the tab or any overage charges? What did your bill say it is for?
