I received a text message that my mobile data limit has been exceeded but when I log into my account it shows 0/400 under usage?!?

Self serve on the desktop is the same as the app, so there should be zero difference in what thy show.

I talked to tech support and they said my phone is tracking data usage that is under the umbrella of a WiFi connection so I'm using it but not as a chargeable item against my contract amount. Have to find the setting in my phone, I guess or not worry about notifications and just watch my self serve balance.

That's very strange. I have been watching netflix on my phone through wi-fi and never once received a notification.And you can imagine how much data that uses. :-)
