I paid my bill, and it says that i didnt pay yet, i even got an email saying Koodo recieved it.

I go overdue A LOT. and i usually have no problem paying for it a few months after (i know im bad) and i sent the money online with a credit card adn it says that i havent paid yet, I even got an email for koodo saying they got it. is it just the lag?

Yeah if you got the conformation email, I'd wager Self Serve is takig a little time to update.
