If Koodo still has the iPhone in their system, you can try calling them to find out what it is.

Give Koodo a call and explain the situation. You can log into self-serve to suspend your phone if you haven't already done so.

Are you familiar with Find My iPhone? http://www.apple.com/ca/icloud/find-m...

If your iPhone was running iOS7, then the person who stole it will not be able to reset the phone without your Apple ID and password.

If you registered it with Apple you may be able to find it here

And I know you said you don't have the paperwork anymore but do you have the box? It's listed on the back of that as well.

Did you buy the phone from Apple or Koodo/retailer? Go back to them and ask if they can give you a copy of your receipt (bring ID to prove you were the owner).

I bought it from a Koodo retailer. I don't live in Canada anymore, so I can't call them without it costing a lot, or to ask for a new receipt..
