I lost my phone

Do you have any ideas if I lost phone? If I can't find my phone for few more days, will I able to buy a new one with tab left over? How can I replace a new phone with any benefits before 24 months? I'm really grateful for your support.

I'm sorry you lost it, Sally :( Yes you will be able to buy a new one on your remaining Tab, it won't affect your plan at all and your Tab will be paid off in 24 months. Still, it's so sad you lost your phone, did you suspend your service so nobody can abuse it?

I did suspended the serivce. Isn't possible to buy a new phone with koodo from such as Best Buy or Future Shop or only must go to Koodo store only?

Could you explain more clearly for me? Do you mean that I can go store with any koodo plans or phones?

You'll have to pay off your current tab balance over the counter using credit card. Or through your Koodo mobile Self serve and bill it out for your next months bill. At which point you can use the tab again towards another phone.

Hi Rocky,

Only if the customer chose to use the tab if not, they do not have to pay for their remaining tab balance. As for the payment, I dont think they have to pay it exclusively with a credit card because it goes to our point of sale, they can choose any method of payment.

@Erwin, the tab does need to be paid out when purchasing a new phone. I received updated information about this.
