I just changed my bill to the 2gb unlmtd plan, it includes free SMS and mms yet I can't send any picture messages(mms), what's going on with this? Is it my phone or my plan?

do you still have a data block add on on your account?
No clue, I just know that I used to be able to send pictures an now I can't.

you can call in to remove your data block if you have one. make sure you have data on and have mms enabled by going to settings> messages> enable mms

If it worked before, I doubt he had any data block! It is surely not the plan (all plans include MMS + you have data on yours), maybe the phone but I don't see where the problem could be. Try Daniel's solution and keep us posted.

I am having the same problem with my Nexus 4. I used to be able to send picture messages, but now when I attach a picture it just shows "sending" and them eventually times out.

You guys do have data enabled on your phone when your trying to send or receive MMS right.
Yupp. I even turned it off and back on again just to see if that would fix it and it didn't. It started working for a bit 2 days ago and then decided to stop working again.

So it's definitely not a data block issue, or an issue with my mms or data being turned off.
