I just got a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 I cannot open play store or any apps it seems like something is turned off please help

I still have my phone going straight to voice mail quite a bit. It seems to be common after charging or restarting the phone

this is still happening and koodo has reset my network settings and everything else it seems like a problem going to voicemail all the time if i am aware that it is doing this and i dial out everything seems to be fine for a while ihave a 2 hour drive one way to a Koodo shop.

I copied this from Koodo website reviews on the note 2.

This Phone is not completely Compatible with Koodo/Telus..Incomming calls goes straight to Voicemail even at full network bars

Me and one of my friend both struggling with Koodo from more than a month with this issue, the phone itself is great but some how randomly it skip incoming calls..
Did all troubleshooting with Koodo Tech and store rep after few days the problem comes again, even the koodo tech said its discontinued phone thats why its cheap,
restarting the phone will fix the issue for a while.
works fine for a month after SIM replacement but now its giving same issue, what is the point keeping the phone if someone in emergency cant reach you. very disappointed with this product

There's been a handful of people that have reported calls going straight to voicemail with multiple phone models on all carriers. My girlfriend's S III Fido has done it, my sister's Q10 on Rogers does it, and so on... I don't think it's specifically a Koodo Note II problem. I think if it's happening too frequently then it might be worth a repair or SIM replacement but after that you might want to bring up the issue with Samsung too.
