I have changed provinces and banks, so will need to change the way my bill is paid. Can I do this from a kiosk in a mall?

Will be getting a different credit card. How do I transfer my arrangements with Koodo? I am not skilled in using technology. Can staff at a Kiosk do this for me?

Also, I noticed that my monthly charge was higher last payment. Is that because I am in a different province and needed to change my number?

The kiosk has limited permissions/account access but they may be able to update your info. Have you registered for Self Serve? It's a great online tool where you can change this.

As for your bill, have you looked at page 3? It will show any charges you're looking for.

Highly recommend using Self Serve to change your information as Self Serve is super convenient and you can do almost everything online!

I will just add that chaging province won't make you pay extra if you have a canada-wide plan!

If you changed your number because of changing provinces you should not be charged service fees. Inter-provincial phone number changes can't be done via Self Serve so agents are supposed to waive the service fee in this case.
