I have canada wide plan and want to know what is family-calling..?? and how it works? How can I register family members ? please help me

Family calling means if you have phones on the same account, you can make unlimited calls to each other.
Best way to add 2nd line , go to a Koodo Shop/Retailer and tell them you want to activate a 2nd line on your account. It will have its own plan and tab.

But we recently bought 3 different plans but not in the same account.. Can we switch it to the one account?

So you opened 3 lines at same time and you all have an account number each?(You received 3 bills?)
Then you have to call Customer Service to make them put under one account.
1-866-995-6636 from any phone or dial *611 from your Koodo phone.
There is a $25 fee is applicable for a transfer of ownership. But if you recently joined Koodo I would ask them what they can do for you. Because you wanted the family calling benefit...It could be mistake that they set up your account individually.
