I have been double billed for my monthly bill, how do I report this

On 03/22/14 my Credit card "Koodo mobile pac $49.73. Then
on 03/30/14 a Credit card charge of "Koodo Airtime $49.73.

My E-bill from Koodo shows no "Airtime charges" Total $0.00

I believe that I was double charged for my Mobile Pac, amounts are identical for both charges on the 22nd and 30th of March.

I did not find out on time to have my credit card reverse the Mobile Pac charge, past the 30 day limit. E-mailed Koodo without response so far.

Well, PAC stands for Pre-Authorized Credit, so that was an automated payment, and Koodo doesn't collect for Airtime charges seperately.

Did you make a payment manually? Because if you do so after the system processes the pre-authorized payment they will both go through.

You can contact Koodo's Payment Management team directly a #227 from your Koodo phone or 1-855-325-6636. If you want you can have them reverse one payment.

The thing is, though, if you choose to reverse a payment you'll be getting that as a cheque within 5-6 weeks. If you leave it that means that the extra payment will be automatically deducted from your next bill.
