I have an LG-A341 and cannot hear anything. It connects, but there is no sound

There are quite a few possibilities here.

First of all, just to get the plug-the-toaster-in scenario out of the way, have you adjusted the volume while on a call?

Second, does your screen show that you have earphones connected even when you don't? If so, try plugging a pair in and then unplugging them.

Third, have you tried speakerphone yet? If that works then the regular earpiece may be busted.

There may also be an audio issue on the network, so if the above fails you should call us at tech support so we can log a network issue ticket. You can reach us at 1-866-995-6636 option 6.

EDIT: Almost forgot, you can also try pulling the battery for a few seconds.
I have checked the volume, the screen does not show earphones and I do not know how to check for speakerphone.

To activate speaker phone, you can hit the menu button while on a call, it will give you a speakerphone option, if I'm not mistaken.
