I have a galaxy note 2 and the apps update automatically even when I'm out of data..how can I turn this off?

There is an option in the Play Store settings that you can set it to either Auto Update apps at any time, Update over Wi-Fi only, OR "Do not auto-update apps".

You'd want that last option if you want to control when the updates happen.

Follow the steps in this link and you should be able to find the option RedMageX suggested. https://support.google.com/googleplay... also for disabling apps from auto updating simply uncheck the box next to auto-update. :)
