i have 4 accounts with koodo and have never had any problems with koodo...until december 3, 2013. I purchased a new iphone 4S and as of December 24, totally died. Won't charge, home key doesn't work, etc. I took it Apple store December 26 and they opened the back and said the phone definately wasn't new! They told me the phone was used or refurbished and i paid for a new phone at koodo! i cant believe koodo would scam me like this! Apple was great and replaced the phone with a new one but i shouldn't have had to do this in the first place. i'm very disappointed at this point with koodo

You should go back to the store and take it up with them. I'm rather surprised that you didn't do that actually. I see no reason why you didn't go to the store first since you would of been in your 15 days.

Hi Kerry,

I am so sorry you felt this way. I highly doubt that Koodo sold you a refurbished or used phone because they are sealed. It could be that someone switched the phone by accident? If you dont think this is the case, you could of brought the iphone to a koodo kiosk where they can check if the IMEI matched with your file. Thanks for checking in to the community.
