i have 2 koodo plans why can i only see one on my phone

Yes you can have AL your cellphones on one self serve account and even see all the data usage to.

Your best bet is to sign in on koodo's website either from your mobile device or computer rather then the app if that's what your using. Www.koodomobile.com

if you're using the app is a little down arrow underneath your phone number if you tap at arrows a single drop down you can select the other number

When i bought the 2 phones the lady gave me different account numbers

Are you able to create self serve accounts for both account numbers?

Then you can link them together.
Login to self service and go to my profile.
Then click "Link Another Account to This One"

In this case when you link 2 accounts together through self serve will you still get the free calling between 2 lines on the same account or does it have to be done at the time of signing up at the kiosk? I don't know but will be adding a second line to my account fairly soon and would love to know In advance.

Under "Combine Self Serve Accounts" -
it's says "If you have more than one account, you can link them so you only use one username/password combination to access them."

I think link 2 accounts together means you can check 2 account status, not conbine into 1 account.

When I had 2 accounts- my son and doughter-I payed ther bill individualy. So I called CS and they made it under 1 account. I payed $10 fee plus proration for my doughter's prortion. I added another line under the existing account at kiosk last year(no fee). So 3 lines under 1 account and we have family calling benefit.

Ok thanks Ken I wasn't sure since I've never done anything with multiple accounts or multiple lines on Koodo yet. I'm still waiting for the wife's Bell contract to expire so I can get her Over to Koodo ASAP ;-)
