Oh well I dont know where to start... Koodo Mall staff and over the phone customer service staff lied to me over 12 times and said sorry many more times because I caught on to what they were doing... I got charged ridiculous amounts of money for not being told by customer service or mall staff that I cant change my plans during "intervals" whatever they call it.

I been a wonderful customer since the company presented it self too sadly.

Now they deactivated it even though I was charged over 40 dollars..........!!! and not being told about it. I called before they said sorry because for the 5 time staff at mall locations lied to me and said oh your not going to get charged if you change your plan anytime you wanna change go ahead... and OF COURSE I did only 3 times and I had huge Problems with my bill.......

EVEN funnier look at http://koodomobile.com/en/on/contact....

Tell me what you see wrong I call at 8:13pm on a Thursday night... Guess what THEIR CLOSED... why is that oh wait the WEBSITE is lying then... right? I am so lost website says "9am to 9pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY" What is wrong with this company.........Isnt it making millions of dollars.... Sad Sad company using customers for greed.

All I want to say is before common caring citizens that don't make millions of dollars sitting on chairs. ALWAYS watch your bills and call and make sure of everything every bill.

Hope you all dont go through this trouble.

Thanks,

EX- KOODO Customer...

Your not charged for changing your plan on Self serve so nobody lied to you. Your own confusion of what you think is being charged is the prorated charges of the one plan being changed to the new one. That is not a charge for changing & your accusations are null & void, you left Koodo for actually No reason but you not understanding unfortunately.

I can't believe people have so much trouble figuring out how a cell plan works. What do they do when they try to get a mortgage? A car loan? A line of credit? Maybe investments?

In the past I thought mobile companies were evil (and they were/still are), but with time I learned that most of the time the subscribers are just as guilty. I see many regular posters on here, and they share a common point: they're savvy (to different levels) and they have no trouble with their billing. Then you have the ones who registered on the same day, believing they're talking directly to Koodo and sharing personal info. Next thing you know Koodo will face a lawsuit for privacy violations...

Anyways, rant over!

Cheers!

I wanted to comment on this one. Koodo is open from 9 am to 9 pm during the weekdays. If you called at 8:13 pm and received the message that they are closed, you either looked at the time wrong, or you happened to be in an area where the actual time was an hour ahead, or you called in on Sunday.

Just recently, Koodo's ours were extended on the weekend. I'm finding this hard to believe that you got the message that Koodo was closed. Unless you were calling a Koodo Store(store hours are different than call center hours), then there is no reason for you to receive this message, and quite possibly, you're making this up to try and paint Koodo in a bad light. You've already been proven incorrect on your previous accusations, so I see no reason why this particular complaint would hold any value.

Is there a reason Koodo staff at Kiosks and stores don't wear ID badges? What if a customer wants to express appreciation or a complaint?

Hi Moby, every employee has an ID that will be associated with operations made on an account. Furthermore, there are not so many employees per store so we can always find who you've been in contact with. Whenever  you wish to send a complaint or compliments, simply use this link http://koo.do/11eMLdy :) Thank you and have a great weekend!

Also each salesperson has their own personal business cards so what I always like to do is grab one when dealing with them so if I have an outrageously great or bad experience with them I can let Koodo know exactly who it was, something to think about next time your at a kiosk for an upgrade or such.
