I get a Telus msg on out going calls

every time I call out to any one, all I get is a msg saying welcome to telus client acc managment center, please key in your 10 digit acc number. What is going on?. and this happens with any number a new one or one I call all the time.

it generally means that your outgoing calls have been redirected to Koodo due to payment issues. Talk to them, make payment arrangements and your phone will work again.

Koodo is a branch of Telus so that could explain it
