I can't see any bill detail in my koodo self serve account.

I have done koodo self serve login and completed all things as email verification, change password, and even security question. The main thing is i can't manage my koodo account. i doesn't see any bill detail. so, kindly get me out of this problem.

I just see change your email id and password change page but can't see billing history and other detail.

Call Customer Care and say that you need to reset your Self Serve account. This happens when there's an error during the sign up process. I had the same issue.

Have you received a bill in the past? Are you new to koodo? If you are new, there may be no billing detail as you have yet to be billed.

If you have been billed in the past then self serve is being screwy and you should call Koodo
