i'm currently not in Canada already, hence i need the roaming. i switched from prepaid plans to monthly for this capability and it's still not working and i can't even login to my account now!

ok the account can be accessed now. I've tried calling and it's always closed.
i've checked that the international add on is checked yet it says no service on my phone still
