I Cancelled my contract before i left the Canada and payed my fees for it in December. But you guys are still trying to counting me in. you guys got to fix this in your system imminently

I send email to customer service. Its just headache to deal this system error from where I am . but from my experience from contracts they want keep on sucking.

. I am sure there is a remaining balance now indicating this months payment. but i don't understand when i pay in december it was assure that i cancelled this account. i over pay for that months. its just keep on coming.

Based off what you're stating you just assumed your account would automatically cancel. Did you even call to Koodo to request your account being cancelled?Were you aware you get billed out for your tab if any balance is outstanding?

Yes I did request to in the phone to do my proper cancellation ! and than they bill me for the cancellation. how do you prove now to another employee that you did the cancellation. I even checked my phone to use before i left. it showed me that my plan was cancelled.

Call the number Timo provided. The agents will be able to confirm what is going on. We can only do so much here.

If's thats the best Id call in to customer service to get them to check your history when you requested the cancellation. We don't have your account information so I'd suggest giving Koodo a call for clarification.

As previously stated: the only way you will get a definite answer on this is to contact Koodo directly. Nobody here can see your account so we're all just guessing. You may as well go to your next door neighbour and ask them why there are still charges on your account.

Koodo has a toll free number, 1-866-995-6636, but it only works within Canada and the US. If you are abroad, the number I provided is the way to get through.
