i am set up on pre payment plan but my payment has yet to be deducted and my payment was due yesterday

Hey Keith, Just a quick clarification. There's a delay of 1 full billing cycle before the preauthorized payments comes into effect, so in the meantime, you have to make the first payment yourself. As Sophia mentioned, I would suggest giving us a call and an agent will take a look into this for you. Thank you.
