Several DAYS??? You should have contacted Koodo much sooner, Ruth!
Did you switch phones or SIM cards by any chance, or did this suddenly occur?
Did you pay your phone bills? (not trying to be nasty, just trying to troubleshoot you) :)

Anyway your best bet is to call Koodo, *611 if that still works, otherwise 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337 from any other phone.

Assumine no bill issues:
Try a battery pull.
Check to see if phone is set to 2g network.
Check if phone is set to GSM only(would also be the same was 2g)
If still not resolved, contact Koodo Tech.

If bill issues:
Contact Koodo to get it resolved.
