I am in a bad situation.....my phone don't stop to turn On and OFF can't make a call..Please EMERGECY !!!

Try pulling the battery and sim card out and plugging it back in.

Telling us that Koodo sucks and so does the customer service won't make things go faster or any help at all...Just an FYI.

How is it that Koodo sucks and customer service?

Try taking the battery and sim out for a minute and place them back in.

Here I go again...
I left for Mexico for 6 weeks..starting the 15 November..
Koodo told me that it will r so I can have access to texting and internet..NO calls.
In Mexico my phone froze and I was not able to use it...Mexican technician took sim card off, battery, try to reboot the phone.........
Nothing, nada, rien ...
My phone is the lowest you have...samsung !?!?
I need communications...
And as far as customer service.. your attitude is not to be desired.

We never knew the full details the first time.

Since you have done the steps we would suggest here, call Technical support from another line at 1-866-995-6636 option 6 for that department. They can see if there is anything they can do on Koodo's side to fix the issue. It is a possibility that the phone may need to be sent for repair if the warranty is still good. If not, they can adise of ways you can upgrade to another phone and maybe help with the tab in that aspect.

What kind of phone do you have?
We can let you know how to do a factory reset on the phone as a last resort before calling.
Phone has a mind of it's own...lights up and shuts down as he pleases.,.. My family call it the ''bad spirit phone'' ...

probably the fact that you bought the lowest phone Samsung has to offer possibly entering a region koodo has limited service and you probably had roaming shut off not koodos fault. I went to the US when I crossed the border they sent me a sms to shut data roaming off or purchase an addon when I crossed back to Canada they reminded me to turn my data back on. Koodo is great ive never had an issue with them at all. Try upgrading to a better device before blaming koodo
