If possible, call Koodo at 647-788-4337 and they can credit that amount. I highly doubt that if you left it, it would do anything negative.

If your cancellation was less than 90 days ago you should still have access to koodo's online website and you can pay it there.

Yeah for $0.46 this won't hurt your credit negatively it's such a small ammount that it would just remain outstanding and collect interest from month to month. Witht hat being said, you can pay through online banking. Or, you can login to your self serve to make credit card payment through the phone.

Not sure if it just gets "wiped off" an outstanding balance is an outstanding balance. Witht hat being said it must be paid. I may be wrong on this one but how do you know for sure?Doesn't make sense as a business to wipe any debt little or small.

Would you chase an account that has less than $5? I wouldn't. I've also been told that by payment management agents as well as cancellation agents.

But you're stating based on what you know or what you've been told. But cannot make that statement solely on "FACT". I am not pointing fingers but By stating Koodo would wipe it is setting the expectation that Koodo will take care of it and not to worry. I'd avoid opening this can of worms.

Actually, Rocky...Kane is correct. Anything less than $5 is wiped after a certain time. If an agent doesn't clear it themself, the system will.

I would E-mail them and ask them what will be the option. If I have to pay, Ill just pay it. If they said they can wipe it, that'll be great :)
I wouldn't make an international call about something under $1 .
