Were you able to change your Debit Visa Card? Are you getting any type of error? Is there sufficient funds in your Bank account for the payment?

Can you log into self serve? 
Then Billing > Manage my credit or Visa Debit card

Is there error message?  What does it say?

If you want to switch to a postpaid plan/account, the easiest way is to go to a nearest store and sign up.

Bring proper ID since they need to run a credit check on you.

Once you passed it, you can pick a plan you like and could buy/upgrade your phone.
