i would like to have more info about tab being reversed

Hello i'm still waiting for the tab to be reversed, i already sent the phone and as for what i have understood you guys did receive it 4 days ago, i would like to know when this will be done as i would like to order a new phone after this. Thanks, ref#HFO16862708

Hey Melody - let me look into the status of this for you. I've sent a note to our web store team to find out where we are ni the process of reversing any tab and charges. Stay tuned (may take a couple of days to confirm, but will let you know once I do hear back).
