If you're registered for Self Serve, you can log in online and view up to 18 months' worth of previous bills under the billing tab.

Unfortunately we here on the Community don't have access to your account as we're customers just like you!

You can call Koodo customer service by dialing *611 on your Koodo phone and they'd be more than happy to go over any aspect of your bill.

Or

You can go to a Koodo store(Or multicarrier seller like Walmart, futureshop or TheMobileShop inside of Superstore) and they can look at your bill with you and figure out whats going on. To get any charges reversed though, you will need to call into Customer Service

Most retailers won't have access to details like amounts owing, bills, or usage. They'd only have Tab balance and renewal or activations access. Customers are generally directed to Self Serve for their reference.
