Hi Joyce,

Three weeks to present day is a fair amount of time to have elapsed. 500 minutes equals 8.33 hours. If you're making lengthy business or personal calls locally on a daily basis, you'll use up your minutes that much quicker. If making long distance calls, a 1 minute call from Canada to a U.S. destination will deduct 2 minutes. A 1 minute call from Canada to international destinations will deduct 5 minutes. So it would depend on where you called and the duration of your calls.

I'm on prepaid as well and it's our responsibility to keep track of minutes. Dialing 611 from your phone will allow you to check how many minutes you have available 24/7 without having to speak with a customer rep. Or you can login to your prepaid self serve account, again 24/7 and view your minute usage/balance there.
