i went to pay my prepaid phone bill and my account got charge twice

also the money hasnt been added onto my phone plan just taken out of my account

Unfortunately, the only way to solve this is to call *611 from your phone.

Another member mentioned that FB and Twitter don't support prepaid customers. Would like Bernard or someone official to clairfy this.
