I was transferred and have been on hold for 45min with support when I was told it would be a moment. This is ridiculous

I was trying to cancel my plan for other reasons and after reading this forum it seems multiple people that look to cancel sit on hold which is ridiculous considering the only way to cancel your service is to call in, although it only took costumer service 2 minutes to contact someone to let them know this is what I wanted to do. Regardless of if I was cancelling before or not I would anyways now since it takes 45 minutes to talk to someone when you have a problem. I have brought many people over to Koodo and will never condone that switch again.
Absolutely terrible costumer service.

Are you switching to another carrier? If you are, you can port your number to that new carrier and your Koodo account will automatically be cancelled.
