I was supposed to receive a refund

On March 2016 , I paid for the month (by mistake) and managed to cancel my account (not by mistake). I talked to someone by phone and they told me I will receive my refund at home (in my country). Now I kept receiving my "account summary" at home (with a negative total due), but no money. Why did you say you'll refund me? It's been a year...

This problem has to be addressed to an employee. Most people here are volunteers and cannot access your account. I'd suggest contacting Koodo (*611 or vi FB at www.m.me/Koodo) in order to solve this issue.
