@ Caroline, the charges on your bill stem from using data while roaming. I can see that we have sent well over ten SMS continue to let you know about your spend. We even blocked usage once data was used up that was included in your roaming add-on. That block was unblocked for continued use by the user of that phone and continued accumulating charges for using data.

What caused roaming charges? The primary thing that I did with my iPhone was take photographs. I'd take five photos and suddenly a charge was defined. Ten seconds later, it defined $25 more. I needed to take photos. I did not understand why costs were put on due to photos. Please explain. Thank you.

Using the default iphone camera does not require cellular data to use.  Did you use another camera app? Do you have an app that automatically upload photos to the cloud?

You may want to check Settings > iCloud > "iCloud Drive" and see  enable "Use Cellular Data" is on Caroline.

@ John, everything seems fine on your bill. The extra charge stems from calls being made in the US (roaming). You did buy an unlimited SMS add-on however that doesn't cover calls. Hope this helps!

You will need to send a private message to Koodo, best way is Facebook, if you don't wish to call in.
