I was checking my data usage online and I find that you changed my plan from unlimited canada wide to 500 minutes.

Want my plan changed back to what was in place; who do I contact to complain about this? I upgraded my phone Sept. 5? it didn't work and I had to wait for a working model to arrive at London drugs around Sept. 20, according to your online usage then you changed to plan from unlimited to max of 500 minutes and the data plan became smaller as well. You can phone me at my land line of XXX-XXX-XXXX or wait until I have free minutes on my cell XXX-XXX-XXXX.

If you got a phone that was on a tab that your plan didn't support you would be been asked to change plans when you got the phone. Did this happen?

Hi Harley - indeed it looks like your price-plan was changed when ypu upgraded your phone on Sept. 20. Was this a discussion you had with the rep. in store to lower your plan to something different?

You can easily change your rate plan once per billing cycle by using this link (login needed).
The plan you were previously on is actually no longer available. If none of the new plans suit your needs, we'll have to dig deeper and understand how/why your rate plan was changed in September. Shoot us a private message on Facebook, where one of our reps will verify you as the account owner, and try to help further.

Hi there!

You can always check your Customer Service Agreement, given to you at the moment of the upgrade, this will tell you what was the plan you chose at the moment of the upgrade...

Plans are not changed without customer's consent.

never mind; I called the 1 800 number on my landline (so I wouldn't be billed any more time) and had everything reversed and put back the way it was for 6 years. Plus the $81 extra phone charges were reversed.
