Prepaid account balance: charged twice for some reason?

I wanted to top up and continue my 15$ base plan but I was charged twice and I don't know why. I wouldn't of cared if it was left in my account balance but no I only have 3$ in there. So I really don't know what to do.

Call *611 from your Koodo phone and they'll assist you. Tell the rep what happened and they should credit you the $15.
