I was charged for two base plans and I only wanted the $25 base plan but also charged for the 15$ base plan

My base plan expired so I got the $25 base plan instead but was also charged for the $15 Base plan , would it be possible to get a refund as it doesn’t make sense having two base plans??

Best to send Koodo a Facebook or Twitter private message to get that sorted out. Usually, choosing a new baseplan wipes out the old one. It's likely that as soon as you added funds to an expired account, the old one automatically renewed.
