I was charged for long distance in Canada when I have an unlimited plan. That's not cool and id like to be reimbursed.

I'm in BC and have a 55 plan with unlimited LD. I did change my number this month and know that can cause glitches, but don't like being overcharged. The whole bill seems high to me.

Are you sure you are not talking about proration? That is what happens when you change plans, it's not an extra charge. You can check page 3 and further of your PDF bill to check the charges. Pretty sure you'll find it is correct :)

I'm sure. $8 long distance charge is very clearly listed.

You can review your downloaded PDF bill for the fine details, including any prorating of fees due to the change. There have been a few instances where LD charges have occurred for some numbers on the day of change. You will need to contact Koodo directly to address an adjustment.  You can contact Koodo on Facebook or Twitter.  How-To: you can send a tweet to @koodo - and one of Koodo’s agents will help take the conversation private, or send them a private message from facebook.com/koodo. Koodo Phone Numbers: *611 from your cellphone, 1-866-995-6636, or +1 647-788-4337.   The use of Facebook or Twitter usually is the simplest means to connect.

Wow. That doesn't seem very simple. But thanks for the answer.

It means not waiting on the phone for a CSR to be freed from other calls. You can get on about your day, and let the correction be dealt with on your behalf while you do other things more important to you.

Megan, looks like you are on an out of province plan. Can you send us a private message on Facebook and we can take a closer look of your account?
