Monthly advance charges
It was my understanding that I was charged for a month in advance and would not be charged for the first month as it was pre charged. I just signed up with Koodo so I am certain I didn't miss a payment. I am confused as to why I was charged so much before I had even had my first month done, and then they are charging me again for the same month.
I joined on May 15 and was charged $78 on the 24 and it stated that this was my next month bill in advance. I then received another bill on June 24 for $65 for that month. There is no double charge on the second bill, but it is for the same month. I do not believe I should be getting charged for the first month as I was pre charged for that month already. I am really confused as to why this has happened.
Every month you will be charged the plan price for the month that you are going into amount with any applicable overage charges for the month that has just finished. Should you decide to cancel your account for any reason, you will not be charged the plan price on your final bill.
