I was charged an additional $30 service fee because a phone rep had to get involved with the store rep to add a phone to my account. How do I get this reversed?

How did you get your other phone?  How did you get the sim?  Did you order it online?

When you get a phone in-store you are charged $30 phone activation/account set-up. Better to get a phone online where the activation fee is waived.
